Returns and refunds

Every Tier Board is printed to order just for you, so we can't take returns for a change of mind, a wrong size pick, or a design you didn't love on your wall.

If something is wrong, we will make it right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or it shows delivered and you can't find it, let us know and we will help sort it out with the carrier or send a replacement.

Cancellations

Want to cancel? Email us as soon as you can. We can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production, usually within a few hours of ordering. After that it is already being printed.

How to reach us

Email support@thetierboard.com or reply to your order confirmation email, and include your order number (it starts with #TB). Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
