What's on it
Five rows, top to bottom: S A B C F. The colors are the classic tier list colors, red at the top down to green at the bottom. We skipped D on purpose: F reads like a real fail, and D always felt too soft.
How to print it
- Open the PDF and print page 1 or page 2 (or both).
- Set the layout to landscape and the scale to "fit to page".
- Low on black ink? Print page 2, the ink saver.
- Want it bigger? Most print shops can print the PDF on 11 x 17 in paper, or tile it across several pages.
How to use it
- On paper: write names in each row, or cut out pictures and glue them in.
- With sticky notes: write each thing on a sticky note so you can move it when the argument changes. Small notes fit the rows best.
- As a party game: one person reads a category, everyone places their pick, the group has to agree before it sticks.
- In class: rank characters, historical events or book endings, then have students defend their S tier.
- Digital: drop the PNG into Canva or any photo editor and layer images on top.

Want one big enough for your real stuff?
A letter page is perfect for a quick ranking. For concert tickets, photos and wristbands, you need rows that are a few inches tall. The Tier Board is the same S to F tier list printed on a 36 x 26 in wall tapestry (or XL 60 x 50 in), so you can pin your actual stuff where it ranks. See the physical tier list options side by side.
